Before beginning any on-ground work, we must undertake a proper site visit—also referred to as a recce. This stage is mostly about knowing the area and early on detecting any probable difficulties. We at DC Planet take this really seriously to make sure everything runs later without incident. We measure the store area, windows, and walls during recce, then capture pictures and videos to provide the client a clear perspective. We also look for any restrictions in items like flooring, wall conditions, and lighting. We flag too if specific permissions—like those from a mall—are required. We then enumerate supplies including vinyls, signboards, FSUs, even instruments like drills or ladders. We then present all results in an orderly report with pictures and remarks, including recommendations should special work be required. We are ready for the following phase when the customer goes over everything and grants a go-ahead.

Rectification is the process of sometimes tiny modifications needed to get things just perfect even after installation or during brand audits. Our crew goes back to the site to check for problems such fading, peeling, damage, or misalignment, looking at displays, signs, and standees. Once the problem areas are identified, we replace or fix the images and materials to ensure everything seems tidy and adhering to brand rules. We focus especially on symmetry, location, and general quality. We do a last check, click “before and after” images, and produce an extensive report once the work is corrected. This report unequivocally reveals what went wrong, what was corrected, and attests to everything being complete. Along with the full recce report, material use, and schedules, clients also get this guaranteeing complete openness.
